Age Groups

Contest entries are divided into three ages groups and a winner is declared each week for each age group.

Group A - 6 years to 10 years
Group B - 11 years to 13 years
Group C - 14 years to 16 years

Original Artwork

All artwork must be original. Artwork must not contain trademarked (registered or otherwise) graphics or images.

The person submitting the artwork must have all rights to the artwork. Any actual or potiential infringment on copyright or other intellectual property rights is the responsiblity of the person who submitted the artwork.

Number of Submissions

An artist can submit a maximum of two designs per week to give as many artists as possible a chance to win. Once a design is submitted it can not be resubmitted for subsequent weeks.

Who Can Submit

A person who is the legal age of majority or a parent/or gaurdian of the artist must submit artwork on the artist behalf. Under no circumstances will submissions be knowingly accepted from a minor since we wish to ensure they have the proper concent.

Ownership of Artwork

All artwork remains the property of the artist, however by submitting the artwork the artist and the person submitting the artwork grants Klazine Products and XSKY LTD. full rights to electronically repoduce, print, modify, and distribute the artwork in perpituty without restriction.
